GLAFA CORE CURRICULUM

DRAWING PORTION:

ALL/NEW STUDENTS:

  • Drawing board - one that you can place on an upright easel

  • Pencils - 2B, HB, and 2H to start (Staedtler and Blackwing are great brands)

  • Kneaded eraser

  • Plumb line - just a string tied around a washer or similar weighted, small object

  • Razor blade, knife, etc. - for sharpening pencils

  • Sandpaper or sanding block - for sharpening pencils

  • Optional: knitting needle, BBQ skewer, bicycle spoke, etc. Something long and skinny to help with measuring
